Can I modify or cancel my order?

Yes! We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders shipped within the contiguous United States (48 states). There’s no minimum purchase requirement – even large items like sheds, gazebos, and car lifts ship free!
How long does delivery take?
Orders typically arrive within 3-8 business days (1-2 days processing + 2-6 days transit).
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally?
Currently, we ship only to the contiguous United States (48 states). We cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international destinations at this time. We’re exploring expansion options for the future.
How can I track my order?
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Use this number on your carrier’s website (FedEx, UPS, USPS) to monitor your package’s progress in real-time.
What if my package is lost or damaged?

How do I initiate a return?

How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. Allow an additional 3-7 days for your bank to post the credit to your account.
Do you charge restocking fees?
No, we do not charge restocking fees. All approved returns receive a full refund with no deductions. We provide free return shipping labels for all returns.
Can I return large items like sheds or car lifts?
Yes! Large items must be unopened in original factory packaging. Once assembled, large items generally cannot be returned unless defective. We provide free return shipping labels for all approved returns, including large items.
